Kentucky Farmworker Programs, Inc. (KFP) is a nonprofit, 501c3 employment and training organization that provide eligible Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers with education assistance and job training opportunities to achieve self-sufficiency since 1977.
We provide eligible farmworkers and their families with education training resources for employment and training opportunities to empower their work-related skills for them to gain greater financial stability and career resources.
KFP is funded by the National Farmworker Jobs Program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. Funding provided through this program supports the response to seasonal unemployment and underemployment experienced by farmworker, by offering educational assistance, short-term certification programs, job training, and/or career placements. KFP assists farmworkers with training funds to support tuition, stipend, and other training resources.
